English is the working language of the Conference and will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Official Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation, which are intended to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries, will be issued on request to the TERMIS AP 2011 Conference Secretariat. Such letters do not imply commitment of financial or other support by the organisers.
Liability/Disclaimer
The organisers of TERMIS AP 2011 shall not be held liable for personal accidents, illnesses, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the symposium. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Conference mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the organisers reserve the prerogative to make last minute changes should the need arise.
