To register, go to http://www.communicationconsultants.sg/termis2011/ if making on line payment with Visa or MasterCard. If making payment via bank draft or bank transfer, download the TERMIS AP 2011 Registration Form from http://www.communicationconsultants.sg/termis2011/ and return the completed form with the requisite payment to the Conference Secretariat.
In addition to Visa or MasterCard online payment, payments, which must be in Singapore Dollars, may be made as follows:
- Bank draft, drawn on a bank in Singapore and made payable to TERMIS AP 2011.
- Bank Transfer to DBS Bank Ltd (Swift Code: DBSSSGSG), Bukit Timah Branch, 1 Jalan Anak Bukit, #01-19/20 Bukit Timah Plaza, Singapore 588996, for credit of TERMIS AP 2011, account number 014-902248-6. All bank charges are to be borne by the remitter and a copy of the bank confirmation must accompany the registration form.
Entitlements
Registered Delegates are entitled to admission to the Welcome Reception, all scientific sessions, the Trade Exhibition as well as all official coffee breaks, lunches and the Conference Banquet. Each will receive a Conference Kit containing the Final Programme and Abstracts.
Registered Students will receive the same entitlements as Registered Delegates except for admission to the Conference Banquet.
Cancellation and Refund
Notifications of cancellation and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the TERMIS AP 2011 Conference Secretariat. Refunds, less S$50 administrative fee, will be made within one month after the Conference as follows:
- Cancellation requests received on or before 29th June 2011 - 100%
- Cancellation requests received on or before 29th July 2011 - 50%
- Cancellation requests received after 29th July 2011 - 0%
