Since the TERMIS-EU Galway conference is taking place during the period of the soccer World Cup in South Africa, the first prize will be one of the limited edition art posters commissioned by FIFA. A total of 2010 posters of each of 17 artists have been produced, inkjet printed, 68 x 99cm, with registered certificate of authenticity. This prize, sponsored by Southern Access Technologies of Cape Town, South Africa, was created by a South African artist. There will be 2 additional runner-up prizes.
