Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed during three different sessions from Tuesday15th to Thursday 17th June. The Poster Zone is located in the lower ground floor- Stoney Room. Each poster has been assigned to a session and must be displayed during this sessions allotted time. There will be three official breaks during each day when delegates will be directed to the Poster zone and authors should be present.

Lunch and Coffee will be provided in the Poster Zone areas during the break.
Presenters will have access to set up their posters the morning of their session. Access to the room will be from 07.30hr - 09.00hr, in order to be displayed during your session time. Poster presenters must ensure to remove their poster after the conclusion of their session by 2000hr that evening. Any posters displayed at any other time than the assigned time, will be removed and the posters are not the responsibility of the conference.
Poster Dimensions - AO Portrait style (No Landscape Please) - 841 mm wide by 1189mm tall.
- Poster presenters are responsible for putting up their poster to the poster board. Pins and tacks will be provided.
- Poster titles are NOT provided.
- Poster boards will be arranged numerically and will be organized by area of topic.
As the presenting author, you must be registered accordingly.
