Instructions for Preparing your TERMIS-EU 2011 Abstract
All abstracts presented during the TERMIS-EU 20011 meeting (as oral presentations or posters) will be published in the journal Histology and Histopathology (impact factor 2.404, ISI Web of Knowledge 2009), the Official Journal of the Spanish Society of Histology and Tissue Engineering. For that purpose, and due to space restrictions, there is a limit of 300 words for the main abstract text.
Please prepare your abstracts carefully and according to the following instructions:
- Register at the abstracts submission website http://termis2011.teg-granada.com. This registration is for the abstract submission only.
- Log-in using your user ID and password and submit your abstract using your user profile. You will be able to submit as many abstracts as you need using your user ID and password as many times as you need.
- Please type or copy-paste the information required in each field, including:
- Title of the work. Please use capital letters only.
- Authors. Use the Family name and Initials of the first name for each author (i.e. Smith JE). Include the institution and e-mail address for each author using the fields available. If you want to include more than 6 authors, use the last fields. In that case, several authors, institutions and e-mail addresses should be separated by ";" (i.e. Johnson M; Gerald WL; Wu X for names and johnsonm@abcde.com; geraldw@abcde.com; wux@abcde.com for e-mail addresses).
- Preferred type of presentation. Please select if you prefer to present your work as oral presentation or as a poster or if you do not have a preference. Please note that the TERMIS-EU 2011 committee will take the final decision on this.
- Symposium or session where you prefer your abstract to be presented. Choose the specific TERMIS-EU 2011 symposium in which you would like to present your work. If your work could be presented during several symposia, choose that one in which the work fits more properly. Please note that the TERMIS-EU 2011 will take the final decision and could assign your work to a different session or symposium.
- Keywords. Include here 3-4 keywords related to your work that will help the TERMIS-EU 2011 organization to properly categorize your work.
- Abstract text. Please summarize here the main findings of the work using a maximum of 300 words. We recommend this information to be divided into the following sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions and Acknowledgements (if applicable). Abstracts with more than 300 words will be truncated for publication.
- Figures or Tables. The authors can upload ONE figure or short table to illustrate their abstract text. Figures should have enough resolution for printing (300 dpi). Tables should be properly formatted in Word format. Please do not use large tables that are difficult to fit for printing.
- Comments. Include here any additional information that you want to send to the TERMIS-EU 2011 committee.
- Submit your abstract using the "submit" icon. After this, you will be able to submit a new abstract or to log-out the abstract submission system.
- You will receive a confirmation message at the e-mail address that you used for logging-in.
- If you have any questions or if you want to modify something, please address all your queries to termis2011@gmail.com
