POSTER SET-UP AND REQUIREMENTS:
All posters have been assigned to a specific symposium/session, and all poster authors have been previously informed about this by e-mail. Please note that each poster should be displayed only during the day when its corresponding symposium/session is being held. Please check the following list to find out the definite dates when each poster symposium/session will be held:
For display, posters should be set up onto the allocated boards at 8:00am - 9:30am on June 7 and at 8:00am - 8:30am on June 8, 9 and 10, and should be removed at the end of each day (around 8:00pm) to allow the posters corresponding to the next day to be set up.
Maximum poster size should be 91 cm (36 inches) width x 155 cm (61 inches) height in portrait orientation to fit in the available poster boards. Smaller sizes are also allowed. If possible, we recommend the following size: 90 cm width x 140 cm height.
Adhesive Velcro dots or Blu-Tack (provided by the organization of the meeting) should be used to mount the poster on the board. Push pins are not allowed. No multimedia facilities will be provided for poster display.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
The available time slot established for each oral presentation is 15 min, including 10-12 min for your talk and 3-5 min for questions and answers.
For most keynote speakers, the available time is 30 min, including 20-25 min for the presentation and 5-10 min for questions and answers.
Please be aware that the program of the meeting is very tight, and it will be very important to use only the time that is established for each presentation. For that reason, control of the time used for each oral presentation will be essential for the good development of all sessions, and no exceptions will be allowed by the symposia chairs. Thank you for your comprehension and cooperation in this matter.
