May 30th is the last day to register through the website. After May 30th, you can register on-site at the Technical Secretariat (Granada Congress Palace). Only credit card or cash will be accepted for on-site payment.

Registration fee includes: Admission to all congress sessions and the Exhibition Area, Coffee breaks, Conference bag, Work lunches, Certificate of attendance.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Participants unable to attend will receive a refund (less 40 € of administration charges) for requests
received in writing before April 30th. There will be no refund after this date. Refunds will
be issued after the congress
ACCOMMODATION
We encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible as June is high season in Granada and we can only guarantee the bookings for rooms up to two months before the congress.
The hotel rates below indicated have been negotiated by the Secretariat with the hotels. Of course
you may be able to find cheaper prices on the hotel web-sites but remember to make your booking
in good time or you may have problems in June.
All rates are per room and per night, including breakfast and taxes.
