Social Program
Different activities are being planned to allow participants to get to know the city, its culture and traditions. The following social events, with exception of the Gala Dinner, are included in the registration fee for all delegates and registered accompanying persons. If you wish to register in the Gala Dinner event, please visit the Conference Registration Desk.
WELCOME RECEPTION

Price: Included in the registration fee for registered participants and registered accompanying persons.
A welcome reception will be offered to delegates and registered accompanying persons at the venue on the conference 1st day. Drinks and snacks will be served within the Crystal Ballroom at the Lotte Hotel World providing an opportunity for Exhibitors and Delegates to mingle in a relaxed atmosphere.
