Speaker Preparation Room
- Location: Topaz Room, Lotte Hotel World (3F)
In order to ensure all oral presentations run smoothly, please consider the following suggestions:
- Speakers must be in their allocated session room 10 minutes before the start of their session.
- A computer will be located in each room. Speakers will be able to operate their presentation through a Wireless Presenter with Laser Pointer.
- Each presentation has a total duration of 15 minutes, being 12 minutes for the power-point presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. (for keynote speakers, 25 min/5 min)
- The Chairperson will time all presentations. With seven parallel sessions running within the program it is essential to keep the program timetable.
