Booth Construction and Dimensions:
BOOTH EQUIPMENT Each 10' x 10' booth will be set up with 8' high black back drape, 3' high black side dividers, (1) 6' L x 30" H x 24" W black draped table, (2) side chairs, and (1) wastebasket. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a one-line identification sign upon request.
EXHIBIT HALL CARPET The exhibit area is NOT carpeted. To enhance the appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman. Please refer to the Carpet Brochure and Order Form located in the exhibitor kit.
EXHIBIT ELIGIBILITY All products and services exhibited must be germane to the study and practice tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. TERMIS-AM retains the sole authority to determine the eligibility of any company and/or its product. TERMIS-AM reserves the right to refuse applications of organizations not meeting standard requirements or expectations. TERMIS-AM reserves the right to curtail or to close exhibits, wholly or in part, that reflect unfavorably on the character and the purpose of the meeting. This applies to displays, literature, advertising novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- The undersigned agrees to pay 100% of all fees per the terms of this application made payable to TERMIS-AM.
- There is a cancellation processing fee for exhibitors of $200 per 10 x 10 exhibit. The cancellation processing fee for sponsorship packages is 10% of the total sponsorship fee.
- Any company requesting to pay later than net 90 days after the receipt of invoice, agrees to pay a deposit in the amount equivalent to the cancellation processing fee.
- All cancellations must be submitted to TERMIS-AM in writing. The date of receipt of supporter’s written notice of cancellation will be considered the official cancellation date. If support is cancelled on or before Thursday, August 3, 2017, all monies paid minus the cancellation processing fee will be returned to the supporter. 5. Any company who cancels after Thursday, August 3, 2017, will be responsible for the total cost. Absolutely NO refunds for cancellations after Thursday, August 3, 2017.
ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE Priority for space assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis; taking space configurations under consideration, management reserves the right to make any revisions necessary to the floor plan. TERMIS-AM reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor at any time with the understanding that if the exhibitor does not agree with such relocation, the exhibitor cannot participate in the meeting and the payment for exhibitor space will be fully refunded.
DECORATOR SERVICES TERMIS-AM has selected Freeman as the official decorator for the 2017 Annual Meeting. Decorator services, furnishings and decorations will be outlined in the Exhibitor Services Kit.
