Poster Session Information

All presenters must register for the meeting.  Click here to register.

Poster Session 1: Sunday, December 3, 2017  from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Poster set up is to convene on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 3:00 pm – 5:00pm.

Posters MUST remain on display until 8:00 PM on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at which time authors will be responsible for dismantling.  Any posters remaining after 10:00 am on Monday, December 4, 2017 will be removed by staff and TERMIS-AM cannot be responsible for your poster. Posters that are not removed by the designated time will be placed in a holding area until the end of the 2017 TERMIS-AM Meeting.


Poster Session 2: Monday, December 4, 2017 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Poster set up is to convene on Monday, December 4 from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Posters MUST remain on display until 8:30 PM on Monday, December 4, 2017 at which time authors will be responsible for dismantling.  Any posters remaining after 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 will be removed by staff and TERMIS-AM cannot be responsible for your poster. Poster Session 3: Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Poster set up is to convene on Tuesday, December 5 from 11:30 pm – 3:00 pm.

Posters MUST remain on display until 6:30 PM on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at which time authors will be responsible for dismantling.  Any posters remaining after 6:30 pm on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 will be removed by staff and TERMIS-AM cannot be responsible for your poster. Posters that are not removed by the designated time will be placed in a holding area until the end of the 2017 TERMIS-AM Meeting.

POSTER FORMAT and SET-UP

Each poster will have a display area of four (4) feet high by four (4) feet wide to display your materials.  The overall area is reduced by a two-inch frame on all four sides.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZES FOR THE POSTERS ARE

FOUR (4) FEET HIGH BY FOUR (4) FEET WIDE.

You may display your information in figures, tables, text, photographs, etc.  Please prepare all illustrations neatly and legibly beforehand, in a size sufficient to read at a distance of three (3) feet.  Hand lettering should be at least 3/8-inch or 1 cm high.  Typed material should be prepared on a bulletin (large type) typewriter.  A series of typewritten sheets attached to the poster board is not acceptable.  Push pins (thumb tacks) will be available to fasten your material to the poster board.
