For oral presentations the following equipment will be available:
- Video/Data beam (1024x768), single or double beam projection of the same slide (depending upon the presentation room). Mouse to use as pointer for the double projection rooms (please use the mouse and do not use laser where there is double projection as this cannot go to both screens).

- Mac users must convert the talk into PC compatible PowerPoint on a USB key before the meeting and check it with our Presentation Support team.
- Fixed microphones in the aisles available for discussions. One must just stand at the microphone after the talk and wait for the chairperson to ask for your question.
English is the official conference language.
We insist that speakers keep to their presentation times given and chairs will stop talks that run overtime, designated discussion times will be included. It is arrogant and not acceptable to run into either the discussion time or someone else's time. If you uncomfortable with speaking English without aids, please submit for poster presentation.
Designated discussion times are for discussion, not for extra minutes of a talk. We encourage critical discussion of presentations, as would occur in a paper review.
We intend that poster presentations may be shown during the whole conference and placed according to their number. Posters should be no larger than DIN A0 (84 cm wide by 118.8 cm long) in portrait form and not landscape. Double sided sticky tape will be provided for poster mounting. Posters remaining at the end of the conference that are not removed will be destroyed.
