Registered delegates are entitled to admission to the scientific sessions, the welcome reception, all the exhibitions as well as official coffee/tea breaks, lunches and a conference bag.
The optional conference dinner comes at an additional charge of 100 EUROS

Registration for dinner is on a first registered and paid basis. 
For those few exceptions not able to register to pay online and for partners (if space) , this could also be available to register and pay on site up until Monday 16:00 (with no extension on that time possible) 

1 With proof of status - Any individual, who is engaged as a full-time graduate or undergraduate, in a university or college program and is actively involved in research in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. You will be asked to submit a copy of your student id in the registration form.
2 Young Investigators are defined as persons who are employed by an academic institution in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, who have been awarded their doctoral degree within the past 3 years and who are not holding an appointment as a faculty or academic staff in a university/research institute. Young investigators are required to have their advisor/supervisor send a letter as proof of the bona fide status of the young investigator.
3 Registration is dependent on the country in which you currently reside; not your nationality. Countries listed within Group B and C for residence (and work) are eligible to emerging country fee.

* By attending a TERMIS meeting, you automatically become a member of TERMIS or renew your membership until the end of the following year (see TERMIS membership).

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Cancellation:
Requests for refunds will be accepted until May 31st, 2017 with a 200 Euro processing and administration fee. Verbal cancellation will not be accepted. Please provide an email to termis@aofoundation.org stating your cancellation request. No refunds will be processed after May 31st, 2017.

Substitutions:
Substitution / Change of delegate requests will be accepted until June 09th. Please email termis@aofoundation.org with your substitution request.
