Registration temporarily suspended!

In view of the rising COVID-19 cases in the Netherlands but also in the rest of the world, we would like to inform you that the local organising committee has decided to temporarily suspend the registration for the 6th World Congress of the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society (TERMIS 2021) until 16th of August.

This is done with the purpose to monitor the evolving situation closely and determine if there are still the conditions to offer the meeting in person for those who are able to travel or if we are forced to organize the meeting fully digital. A final decision will be taken by mid-August and from 16th August onwards registration to the conference will be reactivated with either the same hybrid modality that we currently have or with a fully digital modality in case that the situation doesn’t improve. In case that we will be forced to organize the conference fully digital, we would like to reassure all those of you who already registered for the physical meeting fee that we will reimburse the difference.

How to become a TERMIS member:

We would like to inform you that if you wish to become a member of TERMIS and take advantage of the reduced member registration fee being offered for the 2021 TERMIS World Congress, please complete the membership application.  

Please reach out to the TERMIS Executive Administrator if you have any questions regarding your membership.

Please note that all new TERMIS members, that have registered before Sunday evening, will be included in the registration module every week on Tuesday. As of this day, you will be able to register for the 2021 TERMIS World Congress with the TERMIS member discount.

Conditions for cancellation
Cancellation

All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events in writing (e-mail: info@termis2021.org).

  • Cancellations received before or on 31 August 2021 will be fully refunded minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
  • Cancellations received after 1 September 2021 but before or on 15 October 2021 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after 15 October 2021 or registered participants who fail to attend;
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
  • In case you are not allowed to attend the conference physically due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, your registration fee will be fully refunded until 15 October 2021 minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
  • In case the TERMIS organisation decides to go fully digital, due to COVID-19 reasons, we will inform you as soon as possible to provide you with changes in registration fees, updated program and other important information.
  • In case you would like to change your registration to a digital participation only, please send an email to info@termis2021.org before 1st of September.

Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after TERMIS 2021.
Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.


Because of its central location in Europe, Maastricht has a lot of international airports within one hour drive. We advise you to fly to one of the following airports:

  • Brussels Zaventem (intercontinental)​ - Belgium, 1 hour from Maastricht (with organised shuttle service)
  • Düsseldorf International (intercontinental) - Germany, 1 hour from Maastricht (with organised shuttle service)
  • Schiphol Amsterdam (intercontinental) - The Netherlands, 2.5 hours from Maastricht (has a direct train which takes you to Maastricht in 2.5 hours)

To complete the accessibility from the airport terminal to the doorstep of your hotel, we will provide shuttle services from and to Brussels Zaventem Airport and Düsseldorf International Airport. Depending on the average arrivals of the delegates, taxi’s, mini-vans and coaches are available to use as a shuttle.

This service will be free of charge on Sunday 14 November from Brussels Zaventem airport to Maastricht Central Station and MECC Maastricht. Bus departs at 10:00 / 13:00 / 16:00 / 19:00. Please add your preferred departure time to the notes in your booking.
